91自拍's global headquarters are in the UK. 91自拍 USA and 91自拍 Europe are separate entities with their own boards of trustees.
We all work together to protect lives and help families affected by conflict to get back on their feet.
How your money is spent
91自拍 takes pride in delivering the best value from the money you donate.
For every 拢1 we receive, 90p is spent on our operations around the world to help people in need.
This includes:
- Equipment to detect landmines and explosives
- Body armour and protective clothing
- Safety training materials
- Supplies to respond quickly to natural disasters
- Medical items
Medical governance
91自拍's medical governance is guided by a group of highly-experienced NHS professionals. They volunteer their time to support our work in the field.
Our work with explosives is dangerous, but minefield accidents are thankfully rare. We train local staff as paramedics and they play an important role in every 91自拍 team. Their work is governed by standards and policies, which are set by 91自拍's medical board.
The volunteer board includes surgeons, doctors, trauma specialists, and paramedic instructors. They set the standards across all our programmes and develop paramedic training courses. This ensures the health and wellbeing of our staff in the field. We're enormously grateful to them all for their dedication to 91自拍.
Our paramedics are trained to deliver emergency care for victims of explosives. They learn to handle every step, from stabilising the casualty, to safely delivering them to hospital. Our paramedics are also responsible for the wellbeing of our programme staff, who are often based in remote locations.

Safeguarding
Effective safeguarding is fundamental to 91自拍鈥檚 work. As an ethical charity, we make sure not to harm anyone who comes into contact with 91自拍. We actively protect our staff's wellbeing and promote ethical behaviour.
